It is important that you book an initial consultation prior to any treatments you wish to have with us.

If you have had any treatments with us in the past you can go ahead and book without a consultation. During your appointment we will go through medical questioners, explain any alterations to the treatment and risks of procedure.

The booking fee does not apply to consultation appointments. The booking fee  is only charged when the appointment for the treatment is made as products would have been purchased for your procedure.

If you are not sure about the treatment to book. You can give us a call, but it would be better to book an initial appointment so that we can discuss your desired outcome face to face. 

There is  no problem in rescheduling you appointment. Please inform us 48 hours before your appointment. You deposit will not be forfeited. 

It is important to be aware that it will take about 21 days for the full effects of treatment to take place. The human body is unpredictable and if there are any concerns after your treatment a follow-up appointment will be booked to address the issues please do not panic. If you have had good results following your treatment we aim not to perform any treatment in that area for a period of 3 months, other areas can be treated.

Depending on the time of your appointment is it is important that you maintain your nutritional intake. As we are so busy we forget the most important things such as nourishment.

It is important that before your appointment you cleanse your face and please DO NOT apply any form of make-up. On arrival you will complete a medical questioner or this can be done online before your treatment. You will be asked to complete a consent form for the procedure. Once that process has been done we will take before pictures and get you to relax whilst your treatment is prepared.

The treatment will last about 30 minutes. Once the treatment has completed we will take pictures  after the procedure. You will be able to go home immediately without the need for someone to accompany you.

• It is important that you DO NOT lie down for 4 hours after the treatment.
• Not to apply make-up for 4 hours following treatment.
• Avoid exercise for 12 hours after treatment. This includes yoga.
• Avoid sauna and steam rooms for 24 hours.
• Smoking and drinking alcohol should be avoided.
• Avoid facials.
• DO NOT rub or massage the treated area for 24 hours after treatment.
• Cleanse the face gently in the evening without rubbing the treatment area.

• After treatment you might have swelling around the injected site this will settle in 1-2 weeks.
• Swelling will settle in 1-2 weeks.
• You could have headaches take some pain relief.

Dermal fillers are instant you can see visible results immediately after injection. It is important to be aware that there will be initial swelling that can last up to 2 weeks post injection. The filler will take up to 4 weeks to fully integrate into the tissue. We recommend that you allow time for the dermal fillers to set in the face. • Avoid facials, waxing, chemical peels, skin needling.

Infections present with recognisable common signs such as redness, heat, swelling, pain. Presentation can occur hours to days after injecting.
